Why do you use minibuses and eight seater people carrier? We believe that you don't have to spend £30 to have a day out on a coach, when for the same amount of money you can spend it in a smaller vehicle where you can get to meet new friends in a small group, and enjoy a fun, interesting day out. Among other things, in a smaller vehicle you can also be more flexible with timings, get to places "off the beaten track" and have a more personalised service, so you can ask lots of questions! AJP Tours has registered Private Hire Operator and Minibus Operator Licenses and our vehicles go through detailed government specified safety checks. Return to top Food and Stops? There will be plenty of time on our tours for refreshment stops. We will also be able to recommend where to have lunch and if possible we try to stop off somewhere to have afternoon 'Tea and Scones'. Return to top Who are the guides? All guides are local, knowledgeable and are passionate about the places we visit. Each of them holds the relevant driving licence and are therefore trained to the highest standard. Return to top How late can I book? If there are still places available, we can accommodate bookings up until the time of departure. However, this is only possible if you call our booking line on 01202 466630. Return to top What if I can’t make the tour, can I get my money back? If there is a genuine reason for you missing the tour we will do all we can to accommodate you on a tour in the future. Return to top Do I have to pay before I travel? It would be preferable for you to pay at the time of booking the tour, however if this is not possible you can pay in cash on the morning of departure. On our scheduled tours we pick up from locations throughout Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, Hotels, Language Schools and the standard Pick-up Points. Return to top What footwear shall I bring? Bring footwear that you are comfortable walking in. If the day looks like it might be wet try to wear something warm and water-proof. Trainers are preferable. We do not include entrance fees on our tours. Return to top Where will I be dropped off when the tour is over? Your guide will drop you wherever he picked you up.
